Woltman water meter is a kind of mechnical water meter , it has removable strument , aslo called  Removable element woltman cold (hot) water meter , it can be used for a remote reading transmission system as equipped with a built-in sensor.
itis mainly for Measuring the volume of cold (hot) water passing through the pipeline
