V-cone flowmeter is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, mining and metallurgy, steel, electric power, water, water supply and drainage, paper making, sugar processing, pharmaceutical, brewing, beverage, textile, printing, dyeing, chemical fiber, environmental protection and municipal engineering industry measurement.

Because of the unique structure of V-cone flowmeter, fluid in the pipe doesn’t sharply contract, the change of fluid pressure is stable, and differential pressure signal is more stable, to ensure accurate measurement of flow, especially small flow.

At the same time, because of suspension of axis and tapered body structure, when fluid close to V cone, pipe center velocity slows while velocity around pipe wall speeds. High speed fluid directly washes inner cone throttling element and pipe wall, automatically realize cleaning, to avoid adhesion and accumulation of smudgy medium. It is applicable for liquid containing gas, gas containing water and gas or liquid containing solid. It has a unique advantage in measurement of coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, high-viscosity crude oil and smudgy.

Pneumatic Tri-Eccentric Hard Seal Butterfly Valve Delivery

Pneumatic tri-eccentric hard seal butterfly valve is based on the two -eccentric hard seal butterfly valve to generate an angle (the sealing surface is an inclined cone), thus forming the tri-eccentric hard seal butterfly valve . The structure has no mechanical wear and scratch in the process of opening and closing , small closing torque , good cutting performance and long service lige , as well as two functions of adjustment and cutting.

This Pneumatic tri-eccentric hard seal butterfly valve is DN800 , for air application , its function for cut-off air course.   It is for one chemical industry in Southeast of China.   

The valve body is WCB , pressure is DIN 0.6 Mpa , working temperature is -60 to 200 °C  

The max size for  Pneumatic tri-eccentric hard seal butterfly valve BCST can make is DN 2000.
